Grandparents’ Day Celebration – Nursery Department

The Nursery Department of Church Park School of Excellence—Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG—joyfully celebrated Grandparents’ Day on 24 July 2026, commemorating the Feast of St. Joachim and St. Anne.

The celebration began with a warm welcome and an introduction highlighting the significance of St. Joachim and St. Anne as role models of faith and family values. The young learners delighted their grandparents with a storytelling presentation of “The Pink Crown,” conveying the values of kindness, love, and respect. Fun-filled quizzes brought grandparents and grandchildren together in moments of laughter and joy.

The children expressed their love and gratitude by presenting handmade greeting cards and chocolates, while families captured cherished memories at the Grandparents’ Day Photobooth.

The presence of Correspondent Sr. Preethi Chacko, Principal Mrs. Malini Grace, and Vice Principal Sr. Shanthi Arul added special warmth to the occasion.

The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, followed by warm hugs, kisses, and blessings. It was a beautiful celebration of the love and bond between generations, leaving everyone with hearts full of joy and gratitude.
