Class VIII ICSE students enthusiastically participated in a “Cooking Without Fire activity” on 8th July, 2026 to explore the practical application of rational numbers. While preparing dishes, students used fractional measurements to calculate ingredient quantities, reinforcing their understanding of operations on rational numbers. The activity combined mathematics with real-life learning, fostering teamwork, creativity, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. It was an engaging and enjoyable experience that highlighted the relevance of mathematics in everyday life.
