The New Academic Year 2026-2027 commenced with a Welcome Assembly on Monday, 8th June 2026. The assembly began with the lighting of the traditional lamp, invoking God’s divine presence. A short story, ‘The Little Lamp’,emphasized that great leaders act as guiding light, illuminating the path for others through their exemplary character and leadership.

The new leadership was introduced and given a warm welcome.

Ms. Binny Mathew and Ms. Shanthi Raphael welcomed the Superior of the Church Park Community, Sr. Rose Savarimuthu. Sr. Rose wished all the teachers and students a successful new year. Ms. Linda Bivera and Ms. Anthony Jaya welcomed the Correspondent, Sr. Preethi Chacko. Ms. Roshini Philip and Ms. Roselin Raj gave a warm welcome to our new Principal Ms. Malini Grace Stephen. Ma’am addressed the students and teachers inviting all to start the ‘ New Academic Year’ with enthusiasm in collaborative learning. Our Vice Principal, Sr. Shanthi Josephine ,was warmly welcomed by Ms. Victoria Shoba Mathew and Ms. Rita Jeyakumar.

Ms. Asha highlighted that true success is within us. We need to start the brand new academic year with curiosity, responsibility, kindness, courage and perseverance and then success would follow us.
The students were led in prayer, and then the portals of the school echoed with the hymn, ‘On This School ,Your Blessing Lord.’
