On 6 March 2026, the students of Classes VI and VII of Church Park School of Excellence went on a one-day educational and recreational picnic to Mahabalipuram. The students left the school at 7:40 a.m. and visited the famous monuments including the Five Rathas, Shore Temple, and Krishna’s Butter Ball, where they learnt about the historical and architectural importance of these heritage sites.

Later, the students proceeded to the Sheraton Four Points Resort, where they enjoyed a buffet lunch and participated in fun games and team activities that encouraged teamwork. The programme concluded with music, prize distribution, and high tea, after which the students returned to school in the evening after spending a pleasant and memorable day.
