The students of Grade 1A performed a heartwarming and meaningful class assembly on the theme “Helping Hands.” The assembly beautifully highlighted the importance of kindness, compassion, and using our hands to serve others.
The highlight of the assembly was a delightful skit in which the children portrayed how Ms. Dorothy lovingly teaches Rima, a little girl, the true purpose of her hands — to help, care, and share. The students demonstrated everyday acts of kindness such as helping friends, assisting elders, and showing concern for those in need.
Adding melody and joy to the assembly, the students sang the song “Helping Hands” with enthusiasm and cheerful voices. The song reinforced the message that even small helping actions can make a big difference in the world.
The assembly was a wonderful reflection of the values our school strives to instill in its students — empathy, responsibility, and service.
