On 24th June 2025, the students of Church Park School of Excellence
welcomed the new Principal Mrs Hemamalini Sivakumar. The assembly was
presented by the students of class VII B. The topic for the assembly was ‘Our
school: Honouring the Past, Embracing the Future’
The assembly started by invoking God’s blessing through an invocation dance
and lighting of the Kuthuvilaku. A skit on the theme ‘The Lantern Still Shines’
was enacted by the students, through which the values of compassion, courage
and service of our foundress Nano Nagle, were emphasized. The assembly was
followed by a cultural program performed by the students of different classes.
Mr Karthikeyan, the PTA secretary- Sacred Heart Matriculation School,
honoured the Principal by handing over a fruit basket.

The Principal acknowledged the warm welcome offered to her, expressed her
enthusiasm to lead, and commitment to collaborate with all.
