Dhiyalini of Class 5A participated in various chess competitions at the Tamil Nadu State Level Tournaments, held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium during the months of July and August. She secured 3rd place in the tournament organized by Bhaskar Chess Academy, affiliated to the Tiruvallur District Chess Association. She also clinched 3rd place in another state-level tournament conducted by CAPA Chess Academy, affiliated to the Chennai District Chess Association. Dhiyalini earned 2nd place in the tournament hosted by Namma Chess Academy, again affiliated to the Tiruvallur District Chess Association. She was felicitated during the morning assembly on 19th August, Tuesday.
