The Church Park schools—Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School, St. Ursula’s A.I. Higher Secondary School, Sacred Heart Girls High School, and Church Park School of Excellence—commemorated two historic occasions: the centenary of Indian Hockey and the 250-year legacy of the Congregation of the Presentation Sisters.

To mark these momentous anniversaries, the campus hockey players convened on 7th of November 2025 for an exhilarating match as part of the 100 -year Indian Hockey celebration. The event, entitled ‘Hockey Fiesta: Legacy and Pride’ witnessed exemplary teamwork and sportsmanship:

– Team A, representing Sacred Heart Girls High School and Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School, emerged victorious, securing the top position.

– Team B, comprising St.Ursula’s A.I. Higher Secondary School and Church Park School of Excellence, displayed a resolute performance, finishing as worthy runners-up.

The dignitaries extended their heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their enthusiasm, dedication, and the spirit of fair play. Their passion for the game inspired everyone present. The players are looking forward to many more victories and celebrations in the years ahead.
